Where do you see patients?

We offer Home and Telehealth appointments. Blessed & Healthy Families provides medical care in your home, just like a traditional office visit—but this is not home health care. Our provider comes to you, offering personalized, family-centered care. No special referrals are needed to be seen in our practice.

What ages do you see?

We provide primary care to individuals from birth to 30 years old and mental health services to all ages.

Do you perform testing for strep, COVID, flu, or run lab tests, etc.?

Yes, we offer the same tests that you can receive at your child's pediatrician or primary care office, including laboratory tests. 

Do you offer mental health services via Telehealth?

Of course! We understand that your time is valuable, and Telehealth is convenient and helpful for families and patients.

Can you send my refills?

Refills take up to 48 business hours to process. Please do not wait until you are out of your medication to request your refill, in case there are any additional delays in the pharmacy being able to fill it , such as insurance approvals or being seen for a regularly scheduled follow-ups.

Can you fill out my medical forms?

Forms take 5-7 days to be completed for current patients. FLMA letters are $15 to complete. School physical forms are also $15 to complete if they are not requested at the time of the appointment.
