Ivy understands that ADHD is more than restlessness or distraction—it’s a condition that affects self-esteem, family dynamics, and everyday life. She takes a patient-centered, strengths-based approach, helping both children and adults develop structure, build confidence, and find strategies that work in real life. With Ivy, treatment plans are not one-size-fits-all—they’re practical, respectful, and built around each individual’s needs and goals.

ADHD

Ivy treats depression with the compassion and clarity that patients deserve. She recognizes that depression doesn’t always look the same—it can show up as exhaustion, irritability, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Through thoughtful evaluation, gentle guidance, and holistic support, Ivy helps patients rediscover joy, purpose, and a renewed sense of self. Her goal is always long-term wellness, not just a temporary fix.

Depression

Whether it's racing thoughts, persistent worry, or panic attacks, Ivy offers a calm, reassuring space to address the root of anxiety—not just the symptoms. She combines therapeutic insight with personalized medication management, helping patients develop coping strategies they can rely on. Ivy works closely with each person to understand their triggers, build resilience, and feel safe in their minds and bodies again.

Ivy is passionate about supporting women during the postpartum period—a time that is as emotionally complex as it is physically. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, she helps new mothers navigate the intense shifts that can come after birth, including anxiety, depression, and identity changes. Her care is nonjudgmental, deeply informed, and always focused on empowering women to feel supported, understood, and strong during this transitional season.
